Item Condition:

• Shoes: We do not accept or purchase shoes that are torn, damaged, or excessively worn.

• Clothing: We do not accept clothes that are torn, damaged, stained, or otherwise unsuitable for Reuse.

• Other Goods: All items should be in good, reusable condition. Items showing excessive wear, damage, or significant defects may not be accepted.

• Scrap Items: We do not reuse scrap items. All scrap or unusable materials are sent to a certified recycling company for proper disposal and environmental processing.

Ownership and Legality:

Sellers must ensure that all items are legally owned and have not been stolen or obtained unlawfully. Upcyclexpress reserves the right to reject any items that are suspected to be stolen or illegally acquired.

Final Sales:

All transactions are final. Once goods have been sold to Upcyclexpress, they cannot be returned or reclaimed by the seller under any circumstances.

Pickup and Inspection:

During pickup, items will undergo an inspection to ensure they meet our quality. Upcyclexpress reserves the right to reject any items that do not align with these standards.

Payout:

Payment will be issued only after items are approved and collected by Upcyclexpress. The final Payments amount will be determined based on the quality, brand, and demand of the items.

Changes to Terms:

Upcyclexpress reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Sellers are advised to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Upcyclexpress is not liable for any items that are rejected or deemed unsuitable for resale. Any rejected items remain the responsibility of the seller.
